David is a plastic surgeon based at Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne.
He did Cleft Fellowships in Dallas with Ken Salyer, and in Toronto with David Fisher. His interests include involvement with educational initiatives in global health settings, and he is the current Cleft Surgery Training Programme Chairperson at Operation Smile. He is also the current President of the Australasian Cleft Lip and Palate Association.
